HVC compaction presses, by Hydropulsor, have no peer! In fact, no manufacturer of high velocity impact compaction equipment even comes close to the standards set by Hydropulsor.

Superior economics - HVC compaction presses are not only capable of obtaining unmatched levels of density in standard production materials, but are able to do so at at production rates that far exceed those obtained with conventional presses - from 10 to 15 ppm on the HYP35-7 to 4 to 9 ppm on the HYP35-40.

High densities - customers consistently achieve green densities at 95% of the theoretical density. And the superior control of the Hydropulsor HVC press allows for multiple impacts that can be used to precisely increase density.

Large parts - components up to 11 pounds can be cost-effectively compacted to high densities without multiple compactions and complex sintering processes.

Production friendly - The tool adaptor can be readily moved outside the machine for quick tool change and/or service.
