HVC: Specifications

HVIT offers high density, high precision HVC powder compaction equipment capable of providing impact forces ranging from a lab press with a 2 kJ impact unit (100 tons compaction force) to a complete line of production presses that range from 7kJ (350 tons of compaction force) to 40 kJ (2,000 tons compaction force).

  • Employs impact force instead of static compaction.
  • The HVC compaction presses consist of three modules: the base unit, the impact unit and the tool adaptor.
  • The impact unit can easily be dismounted from the base unit and is exchangeable.
  • The tool adaptor can be readily moved outside the machine for quick tool change and/or service.

Hydropulsor presses feature advanced controls found on the most modern conventional powder presses such as: automatic filling height correction for each press axis, SPC logging and closed-loop control circuits for all controlled axes.
