HVC: Specifications

HVIT offers high density, high precision HVC powder compaction equipment capable of providing impact forces ranging from a lab press with a 2 kJ impact unit (100 tons compaction force) to a complete line of production presses that range from 7kJ (350 tons of compaction force) to 40 kJ (2,000 tons compaction force).

Employs impact force instead of static compaction.
The HVC compaction presses consist of three modules: the base unit, the impact unit and the tool adaptor.
The impact unit can easily be dismounted from the base unit and is exchangeable.
The tool adaptor can be readily moved outside the machine for quick tool change and/or service.

Hydropulsor presses feature advanced controls found on the most modern conventional powder presses such as: automatic filling height correction for each press axis, SPC logging and closed-loop control circuits for all controlled axes.
