HVR: Machine Specifications

The HVR line of re-strike presses is based, in principle, on the HVC press line. A complete HVR press consists of:

• a bottom plate,
• two side supports,
• a rammer unit,
• a robust tool adapter, based on ejection principle,
• a hydraulic power unit (not shown),
• a control unit, (not shown)
• a service table (not shown

HVR Re-Striking presses are available in three models.

    HYP35-7R: 7 kNm (roughly equivalent to a compaction force of 350 tons.)

    HYP35-18R: 18 kNm (roughly equivalent to a compaction force of 900 tons.)

    HYP35-40R: 40 kNm (roughly equivalent to a compaction force of 2,000 tons)
