Hydropulsor AB (Karlskoga, Sweden) and HVIT LLC signed a three year agreement to guarantee exclusive rights of representation in North America (Canada, U.S.A. and Mexico). According to a Hydropulsor spokesperson, "This agreement extends Hydropulsor's patented High Velocity Impact Technology into a market we feel is receptive and ready for change. We believe HVIT not only represents our products and our values, but we believe they will bring credibility and growth to a very deserving technology. We look forward to working with them."

According to an HVIT spokesperson, "We are very pleased to be representing Hydropulsor in North America. Their technology has been tested and proven reliable by industry and we know this agreement not only provides us with a unique opportunity but is serves as a catalyst for growth of this technology."

HVIT LLC has purchased an HYP35-7T test table from Hydropulsor AB, Karlskoga Sweden. The test table, the only such table in existence, utilizes Hydropulsor's patented high velocity impact system and will be used for HVC/HVR tests and cold forming tests.

While the test table has a foot print of approximately 40 in sq, its 7 kJ impact unit can reach compaction levels equivalent to 350 metric tons. The HYP35-7T will be used in collaboration with industry and academia to develop and test innovative methods of metal working.

HVIT LLC will exhibit HVR and HVC technology at the upcoming PowderMet2009 (MPIF/APMI International Conference on Powder Metallurgy & Particulate Materials) which will be held in Las Vegas June 28 through July 1, 2009.
