HVIT offers standard Hydropulsor adiabatic cutoff equipment in three sizes to cut billets or blanks from coil or bar, in round or profile at diameters or radial cross sections ranging from 0.125 inch to 1.6 inches. Each machine is capable of cutting a variety of metal types:

• with quality end cuts,
• using no coolants,
• producing no kerf or burrs,
• producing only minimal work hardening 0.0015 in. deep.

Each machine can be equipped with coil feeders and straighteners, or bar feeders and can be provided as a turn-key system or a standalone machine.
